The luggage service store “Crosta Hiroshima,” located inside Hiroshima Station, will relocate to a more accessible and easier-to-find location and reopen on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
Following the relocation, the store will be located just a short walk from the Shinkansen ticket gates: after exiting the Shinkansen gates at Hiroshima Station, turn left and proceed straight down the passageway. Crosta Hiroshima offers services such as temporary luggage storage for suitcases and other baggage, as well as a carry service that delivers luggage to hotels. It is a convenient service for visitors from Japan and overseas, allowing them to leave their baggage at the station and enjoy sightseeing hands-free.
The current store, which is operating on the first floor of Hiroshima Station, will close on Tuesday, June 30, due to the relocation.
